Our Policy

At Mixdiff, we source authentic Chinese condiments through international shipping. Due to the nature of cross-border logistics and food safety regulations, we have the following return and refund policy:

No Returns Without Quality Issues

Once sold, products cannot be returned or refunded without quality defects.

This policy applies to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect order placed by customer
• Product taste not as expected
• No longer needed

Quality Issues - Full Refund

We WILL provide full refund or replacement for:

• Products damaged during shipping (with photos)
• Wrong items delivered
• Products significantly different from description
• Products received expired or near expiry (less than 3 months)
• Defective or contaminated products

Quality Issue Claim Process

1. Contact us at support@mixdiff.com within 48 hours of receiving your order
2. Provide:
   • Order number
   • Clear photos of the issue (packaging, product, expiry date if applicable)
   • Detailed description of the problem
3. We will review within 24 hours
4. If approved, full refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Report any damage, wrong items, or quality issues within 48 hours. Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

We ship fresh, authentic Chinese condiments directly from China to the UK via air freight. This ensures you receive genuine products at the best quality. However, international shipping and food safety regulations mean we cannot accept returns without quality defects.

4. 如获批准，将在 5-7 个工作日内处理全额退款或更换
