The Dinner Party Collection — 7-Piece Statement Set

What's Inside

7 full-size items, exactly as we sell them separately. Nothing is swapped for a sample size, and every pack is the standard retail size you would get on its own.

A Dinner Party Table Setting That Stops Conversations

Imagine this: guests walk into the room, mid-conversation, and their words evaporate the moment they see your table. The centrepiece? Seven distinct serving pieces, each more striking than the last. A smoking volcano platter glows with fiery reds beneath perfectly grilled chicken. A glossy egg-shaped dessert bowl rests in a twig-like nest, holding a colourful salad. Bowls shaped like planets shimmer on their individual bases. Whether you’re hosting a dinner party or showcasing Chinese tableware in the UK, this isn’t just a meal—it’s the art of theatrical food presentation brought to life.

Theatre and Drama in Every Course

Transform ordinary dishes into an unforgettable spectacle with serving pieces designed for dramatic impact. Start with the **Volcanic Smoke Rib Plates**—round or square, their jagged, lava-textured bases exude smoke for a dramatic arrival moment. Continue to the **Fuji Dry Ice Platter**: a vivid red mountain that releases a swirling mist while showcasing seafood, appetisers, or desserts. For individual portions, the **Misty Mountain Plate with Lid** allows you to unveil dishes shrouded in mystery. It’s food presentation that demands attention and sparks conversation.

Statement Tableware for a Creative Table Display

The Dinner Party Collection is more than cookware—it's a curated set of statement tableware that transforms meals into events. Picture these volcanic and planetary designs as the focal point of your table. The textured black surfaces and glowing accents pair effortlessly with any modern or rustic aesthetic, creating a well suited canvas for your culinary creations. Whether hosting an intimate gathering or a lively soirée, this set is made for the kind of host who wants every detail of their table setting to be memorable.

Food That’s Too Beautiful to Eat (Almost)

With this collection, food isn’t just food—it’s a centrepiece. Serve sizzling skewers or grilled vegetables on the **Volcanic Grill Pan** and watch your guests reach for their phones to capture the moment. Elevate your desserts effortlessly—the **Modern Ceramic Eggshell Bowl**, with its refined matte finish, brings a touch of delicate elegance to even a simple scoop of ice cream. And for soups or chilled dishes, the otherworldly **Galaxy Bowl**, complete with spacers and lid, transforms a simple course into an interstellar journey.

How to Turn a Meal Into a Moment

Each piece in the Dinner Party Collection is designed to make serving effortless yet show-stopping. The dry-ice compatible volcanic and mountain platters allow you to add chilled elements for an instant misting effect. Grill using the stone plate and get from the oven or freezer to table seamlessly, using the plate itself to keep your food hot—or cold—for longer. Even supermarket-bought dishes can look like they’ve come from a Michelin-starred kitchen when plated on designs inspired by molecular cuisine plating trends.

Designed for Theatrical Food Presentation

The Dinner Party Collection doesn’t just hold your food—it showcases it. Each piece draws inspiration from nature’s most dramatic displays, from volcanic smoke and fire to foggy mountain peaks and planetary shapes. Works well for fans of molecular cuisine plates or anyone creating a creative table display, this set offers a new way to wow your guests. Whether you’re plating a gourmet meal or elevating a takeaway, these serving pieces make every dish unforgettable.

How to Use

Every piece here is made for serving, not just for storing. The two Volcanic Smoke Rib Plates are the ones to reach for when you want a dish noticed first — the pierced tray sits above a lower plate, so a chilled or smoky element underneath drifts up around the food as it reaches the table. The small Volcanic Grill Pan and its stone plate take anything you want to bring over hot, or turn the stone over for cold bites. The Fuji platter and the two Galaxy Bowls are shaped to give height, mist and a sense of scene to a simple dish, and the eggshell bowls are made for a dessert, a palate cleanser or a small starter.

Set every piece on a mat or trivet rather than straight onto a bare table, and serve in small portions — this is a set for making a little food look like the main event.

Looking After the Set

Wash the pieces by hand in warm soapy water and dry them straight away; a soft cloth rather than an abrasive pad keeps the glazes and finishes looking as they did on day one. Stack them with a cloth between pieces, and nest the smaller bowls inside the larger ones if cupboard space is tight. These are solid pieces, so keep them low rather than on a high shelf.
